Over the past few weeks, users of xMail and Tank fileshares have experienced sporadic slowness and delays when using these services. NSIT is working with IBM to resolve these problems. On Tuesday, September 25th, we completed work to increase the connection paths between the relevant systems and the network storage they communicate with; this additional link at a core connection point should help performance. In the near term we are working to increase bandwidth capacity to ensure improved performance. We apologize for the delays.

For the past few months I've been frequently getting this error whenever I login to Gmail on one of my older machine. It happens occasionally so I din't bother to solve it. I thought it was my OS (Windows Vista) that was causing the problem. But the problem still persisted even after I upgraded to Windows 8.1. Well, I wasn't sure what causes it but ever since I started using Google Chrome, the problem just disappear. I was using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser back then but now I have to use Chrome instead.

The Gargoyle system is experiencing a problem, we are aware of it and system administrators are working to find what is causing this and to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please logoff of the Gargoyle system and remain off the system until further notice. We will send out another email to all users when it is OK to use Gargoyle again. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding at this time.
